Our 60-minute adult (19+) group classes run weekly across experience levels, with occasional skill-focused clinics to help you fine-tune your game. Check back here for schedule updates*.

Level 1: Beginner

New to beach volleyball or need a refresher? Start here. This class introduces the fundamentals in a fun, welcoming environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Learn the basics: passing, setting, serving
• Fun, low-pressure drills and games
• No beach experience needed - ideal for beginners and indoor-to-beach transitions
• A great place to start if you haven’t played in awhile or unsure where you fit

Level 2: Developing

Comfortable with the basics and ready for more? This level helps you transition from drills to more structured gameplay.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Intro to defense
• Build consistency across the fundamentals
• Learn teamwork through 3-on-3 / 2-on-2 play
• A great next step after taking a few Level 1 classes

Level 3: Proficient

You’re confident with the core skills and ready for faster-paced play. This level pushes strategy, awareness, and doubles play.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Confident playing 2-on-2 with longer rallies and faster pace
• Sharpen court awareness and learn to read/anticipate the game
• Develop offensive and defensive strategy with consistent execution
Women’s-only format option available on select Tuesdays with lower net

Level 4: Advanced

For experienced players with a strong foundation in all skills. Expect a high-energy competitive setting focused on tactics and smart gameplay.

• Advanced strategy-driven play
• Push your limit in a fast-paced, competitive game setting
• Best if you’ve taken a few Level 3 classes

Attack Clinic

Ready to level up your offense? This intermediate/advanced clinic focuses on improving your hitting, timing, and shot-making.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Refine your approach and arm swing
• Improve shot selection and placement
• High-quality reps with guided feedback
• For Level 2–4 players (not recommended for beginners)

Serve & Serve Receive Clinic

Build confidence from the first touch. This clinic focuses on dialing in overhead serves and improving serve receive under pressure.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Refine overhead serve mechanics, contact, placement, and consistency
• Improve serve receive control through platform angles and passing outside your midline
• Apply skills in game-like reps
• For Level 2–4 players (not recommended for beginners)


Setting Clinic

Run better offense with cleaner, more consistent sets. This clinic focuses on hand setting to help you stay in system, improve decision-making, and create better attacking opportunities.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Improve hand-setting technique and body positioning before contact
• Fine-tune set location and consistency under pressure and in transition
• Apply skills in game-like reps that include attacking
• For Level 2–4 players (not recommended for beginners)
